"Be the change." Philanthropy is a major part of our organizational philosophy. Through various community projects, we strive to make a real and positive change in our community and the world. Our mission focuses on empowering women (and their families) in Central Florida. You can find more information on future and past projects below. Reaching Others
Some of the primary forces to advocate advancement and/or stability are education and the feeling of community. We host several projects, such as workshops and interactive activities throughout the year, with women (and their families) in mind, to help participants gain training and knowledge in various areas, build relationships, and foster a sense of belonging.
Some of our outreach programs include:

​Celebrating senior mothers for Mother's Day - We take a special day to honor the retired mothers of the community through pampering and catering

Financial/Physical Health/Mental Health Workshops - We host educational documentation and classes on building and sustaining financial, health, and mental wellness

Table Talk - In collaboration with the Central Florida Foundation, this town hall offers the community a chance to share their thoughts and concerns on issues surrounding the Central Florida community

Group Book Readings - Our book reviews and readings give women a chance to not only explore and reflect on some awesome works of literature, it also provides networking opportunities to meet other women and professionals within the Central Florida community
Providing Resources
Another tool to help promote advancement is having access to the right resources and items. We have instituted several projects that focus on ensuring those in need get the resources needed to for growth and stability.

Some of these projects include:

Blanket and Coat drives - No one should be left in the cold. During the winter months, distributed to the homeless in Central Florida

Financial Donations to local shelters - To help the women and their families in local shelters, we provide personal care items and also take time to help meals and other needs.

Personal item donations - While partnering up with another local non-profit organization, we prepared and donated purses filled with personal hygiene and personal care items for women who are homeless and/or have ow income.

Adopt a family/veteran family for the holidays - For several years, we have helped an veteran in need and her family have a Merry Christmas.
